If your luggage arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

What does the vacation include?

The vacation includes accommodations for a set number of nights. Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic is the only destination that offers an all-inclusive option. All other destinations include accommodations only.

Are flights included?

No. Airfare and transportation are not included.

Are there additional costs?

Yes. Travelers are responsible for activation fees, reservation fees, resort fees, taxes, and any optional upgrades.

Do I have to attend a presentation?

No. This offer does not require attendance at any resort or timeshare presentation.

When will I receive my vacation certificate?

Your certificate will be delivered by email within 72 hours after purchase.

How long do I have to use it?

You must activate your certificate within 30 days and complete travel within 18 months after activation.

Can I bring additional travelers?

Yes. Additional guests may be added depending on the destination, dates, and resort/hotel. Additional fees may apply.
