This Bonus Vacation is a separate promotional incentive provided exclusively by Replenish Travel and will only be issued after confirmation of attendance at the required resort presentation associated with your primary Mexico vacation package. This incentive is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or the responsibility of Villa Group or any resort partner.

• To be eligible for the 5-night First-Time Visitor Puerto Plata All-Inclusive program, the traveler must be between thirty (30) and seventy-five (75) years of age at the time of travel, be a legal resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), have a minimum annual household income of $50,000, and possess a valid major credit card.

• There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation incentive. To redeem, the recipient must activate the vacation online by prepaying applicable hotel taxes and fees associated with the selected destination. After activation, the recipient may log in to select from participating resort/hotel options and available travel dates.

• The expiration date associated with this incentive applies only to the activation period, not the travel dates. This incentive must be activated within thirty (30) days of receipt. Once activated, travel must be completed within eighteen (18) months. This incentive may not be combined with any other promotional offer and is non-transferable.

• Group travel is NOT permitted. Only one incentive may be used per household, per travel period, and per destination. If multiple parties (friends, family, or acquaintances) attempt to travel on the same or overlapping dates, only one party will be permitted to redeem the incentive. Additional parties may be subject to full retail rates or additional fees.

• Room accommodations are based on a maximum of two (2) adults per room. At least one occupant must be over the age of twenty-one (21). This incentive is designed for couples or single travelers. Some participating properties may allow up to two (2) children under the age of twelve (12) to stay in the same room, depending on availability, room type, and bedding configuration. Including children in your search may result in fewer available options.

• This incentive will be considered void if sold, transferred, bartered, or purchased by the recipient. The incentive is valid only for reservation requests for resort/hotel accommodations within participating destinations offered through the designated booking platform.

• The cost to activate and redeem this incentive includes applicable recovery fees, local government taxes, and tourism fees, which vary by destination.

• The primary reservation holder must possess a valid major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) and a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.

• The recipient will receive luxury hotel accommodations at no base room rate, with a retail value of up to $350 USD per night. The recipient is responsible for all additional expenses, including but not limited to airfare, transportation, food and beverages (unless otherwise specified), gratuities, resort fees (if applicable), and any personal or incidental charges.

• Resort fees, where applicable, are charged directly by the hotel and are not included in this incentive. These fees vary by location and property and will be disclosed at the time of booking. For example, in Orlando, FL, resort fees typically range from approximately $5.00 to $13.00 per night, while in Las Vegas, NV, they typically range from approximately $16.00 to $38.00 per night. These fees may cover amenities such as WiFi, internet access, local calls, and other resort services.

• All reservations require a minimum of thirty (30) days’ advance notice and are subject to availability. Reservations may not be available during major holidays or special events. Sunday through Thursday check-ins are recommended for the best availability. Weekend and peak season travel dates may be available but could require an additional surcharge.

• This incentive activation is FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once activated, the end user will have eighteen (18) months to select from available travel dates and participating resort/hotel options.

• Once travel dates are confirmed, no changes or cancellations are permitted. Any cancellations, no-shows, or changes after confirmation will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

• The user must reside at least one hundred (100) miles (160 kilometers) away from the destination resort or select an alternate destination from the available options.

• This incentive has no cash value and is void where prohibited by law. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

• The booking provider reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal or similar value based on availability. Room type and bedding configuration are subject to availability at check-in unless a specific upgrade has been confirmed in advance.

• Do not rely on any representations not expressly stated in these written terms and conditions.

• If more than one vacation incentive is issued, only one may be redeemed per household within a twelve (12) month period. This incentive may only be used once per household or individual during their lifetime.

• Any attempt to circumvent these terms may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• To redeem, activate the incentive online and select your preferred destination, participating resort/hotel, and travel dates through the designated booking platform.

All purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Changes or alternative travel options may be offered solely at the discretion of the resort, travel provider, or Replenish Travel.
